The FCGD series annealing roller furnace is a continuous industrial furnace. It is mainly used for the heat treatment process of flat glass, lithium battery materials and other products. It transports materials through rollers and precisely controls the temperature to eliminate thermal stress. Mainly used in precision annealing processes such as optical glass and glass-ceramics. Its core function is to eliminate thermal stress during product molding through precise temperature control, thereby improving the mechanical strength and yield of the product.

The equipment is divided into mesh belt type and roller type according to structure. The former uses stainless steel mesh belt for transportation, and the latter is equipped with ceramic rollers to adapt to flat glass processing. The heating system includes two types of heat sources: electric heating (silicon carbon rods, electric furnace wires) and gas (natural gas, coal gas). The maximum operating temperature covers 650°C to 1300°C.
